I’ve been a business owner for most of my career. (Apart from a few years stint as a teacher)
I started way back before the luxury of the internet and so I have a deep appreciation of the fundamentals which despite all the advances in tech really haven’t changed.

We’re just serving them in a very different world where everyone’s expectations are higher, technology is evolving rapidly and consumers have far more choices available to them than ever before.
